Dated prices, inclusions and exclusions

Prices are per person in EUR on double occupancy. City taxes and optional excursions stay on separate lines so the final amount is never a surprise at the desk.

Departure confirmed no later than 45 days before travel. Group size 12 to 24 travellers, minimum 10.

Included in the price

  • Coach on regional legs, reserved second-class rail on longer legs, seat reservations included
  • Ten nights in 3 and 4 star hotels, breakfast daily and six group dinners
  • Bilingual tour leader travelling end to end, licensed local guides in each city
  • Entrance fees listed on the day ledger, luggage allowance up to 20 kg

Not included

  • International flights to and from the departure city
  • City taxes paid at the hotel, usually €2 to €4 per night
  • Optional excursions, lunches and dinners not marked as group meals
  • Travel insurance, visa fees and gratuities for guides and drivers

Deposit €300 per person secures a seat, balance due 60 days before departure. If a departure is not confirmed, you choose another date or receive a full refund.

Four terms apply to every route we publish. They are written here as plain numbers so you can check them before a deposit is paid.
